Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour

Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Looking for Manufacturing Painter jobs in Dothan where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

• No painting experience required.
• Minimum six (6) weeks of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Spray paint materials as they move along a continuous paint line.
• Monitor painted parts for coverage and basic quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Must have steel or composite toe shoes.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
