Equipment Operator

Location: Dothan, AL

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced equipment operator to handle materials safely and support warehouse operations, ensuring inventory reaches the correct destination on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment required
• Excavation equipment experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled temperatures

• Operate heavy equipment and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Move materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping zones
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and shipping/receiving personnel
