Education Requirements High school diploma or GED; forklift or logistics certs are a plus
Experience Requirements 1–2 years in a warehouse or production setting preferred Comfort using RF scanners or inventory systems (we'll train if needed) Physical Capabilities Lift up to 50 lbs and stay moving on your feet all shift Able to run pallet jacks, forklifts, and equipment safely
Job Duties You'll load, unload, sort, scan, and keep inventory flowing Stay sharp — follow instructions and keep an eye on details Basic computer skills for logging inventory and orders Keep your station clean, clear, and safe from hazards Jump in where needed to keep the line and warehouse moving
