Warehouse Associate

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet‑related assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and route unresolved issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.

Up to $19.91 per hour.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.

• Process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.
• Identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.
• Support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.
