This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.

Please note that the full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours, so roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classed as part time. The gross annual salary advertised will be reduced based on the part time hours.

Join a committed and supportive team at St Ninian's High School's Specialist Provision Centre, where every day is an opportunity to help learners grow in confidence, independence and achievement. You'll work closely with teaching staff to support pupils with a wide range of needs - including social, emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties - helping them access education in a way that works for them and celebrating progress at every step.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll build strong relationships, provide personalised support and help create a calm, structured and encouraging environment. From assisting with learning activities and developing life skills, to supporting wellbeing and contributing to individual learning plans, you'll play a vital part in helping each learner thrive - both inside the classroom and beyond.

Please note, the days of work for this role are Thursday and Friday, term time only.
