Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated  Medsurg RN  for a  travel assignment in Douglas, AZ . This opportunity offers an competitive hourly rate of:  $60 to $65,   this   for   a per diem , scheduled as  day shifts .

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies, protocols, physician orders, and evidence-based practices
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications
Coordinate and advocate for necessary interventions, tests, and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Active  RN license in Arizona  (or compact license)

• Minimum  1 year of recent Medsurg experience

• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications  required

• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
