We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health and supportive care services in Douglas, Arizona
. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families with a variety of behavioral health, emotional, and social needs.
Compensation: 92,
Position Highlights- Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and therapeutic services
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Support patients and families through treatment, education, and care coordination
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessments
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in identifying and accessing appropriate community resources
- Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling when needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other members of the care team
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Master’sdegree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Active Arizona license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
