Overnights, weekdays and weekend availability required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers, operate the register, assist with purchases, and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will work in various areas of the store, both inside and out, to ensure a high standard of customer service and store presentation.

• Greet customers and provide a friendly and efficient service experience.
• Operate the cash register and perform cashier duties accurately.
• Make purchase suggestions to customers and handle sales transactions.
• Assist with the food program when required.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily goals and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain predictable onsite attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and friendly conversation style.
• Ability to work quickly, think on the spot and offer solutions.
• Team player who can accomplish daily goals.
• Motivation to advance your career and willingness to learn.

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye‑hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder.
