Position: PROTEIN CONVERSION COORDINATOR

Overview

Position reports to the Plant Manager. The individual filling this position is responsible for accurate record keeping and computer information entry associated with Production Orders, reconciliation, and scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Using SAP and shop floor systems, emails; tracks all outbound sales and disposal logs.
  • Create daily production orders and distribute to supervisors and load out personnel.
  • Schedules inbound appointments of trucks for raw receiving and tracks raw receiving logs.
  • Create purchase orders, receive invoices, and work with vendors to ensure timely payment.
  • Yield tracking, inventory controls, and sales volume scheduling.
  • Review daily Standard Operating Procedures and forward relevant information to the appropriate manager or supervisor and load out team members.
  • Distributes load sheets and pickup times via incoming mail.
  • Tracking all outbound sales and disposal logs.

Responsibility for Confidential Information: Must be able to follow policies e.g.; company code of business ethics and conduct, Internet email usage policies and password protection policies along with all accompanying policies regarding company assets and information.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience: Prior computer skills a must

Technical

Skills:

Must have experience with SAP, Shop Floor, Microsoft Word, Excel

Language

Skills:

Must possess the ability to communicate and/or read and understand documents such as production orders, PICK sheets, SOPs, safety rules, work rules, HACCP regulations, policy and/or procedure manuals.

Math

Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide as needed.
