As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who entrusts us with their vehicle care.

• Greet customers and determine their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate service estimates and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with the service technicians.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding vehicle status and completion times.
• Manage customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all vehicle service documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
