Woody Folsom CDJR Douglas is looking for an EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER to join our team in Douglas, GA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring seamless communication and an exceptional service experience. Your expertise will help facilitate efficient service operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians for timely service completion.
• Provide detailed estimates and explain service procedures and costs to customers.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Track work orders and follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and service recommendations.
• Support the service department in maintaining proper workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Writer or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with automotive service software and technology.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
