Production Supervisor (Cut‑Up and Rehang)
At Pilgrim’s, safety is a condition that puts the safety of our team members first. In this key role, you will serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. The role requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well‑functioning workplace.
Must be willing to work Day shift.
- Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
- Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.
- Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and support company values.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
- Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team.
- Education:
High School Diploma/GED;
College degree in a related field preferred. - Experience:
1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills for 20+ employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus. - Skills:
Effective communication both orally and in writing, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule. - Base salary range of $73,618.20 +/- based on experience.
- Discretionary bonus:
