Specific Responsibilities
- Capable of reading and interpreting shipping and receiving operating instructions.
- Unload trucks and check invoices for received parts and products.
- Load outbound trucks making sure all shipping documentation is correct and in place.
- Respond to manufacturing requirements.
- Identify parts and product for accurate sorting.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Meet 6S requirements.
- Will be required to receive and identify parts and product per O.I.
- Electronically enter data and generate barcode labels to identify materials accurately
- Able to use AQCS system and other computer programs, up to and including Microsoft Office.
- Be able to communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
High school education, Associates Degree preferred.
ExperienceThree months OJT training.
Initiative and IngenuityNormal initiative and ingenuity.
EffortNormal effort required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently; higher weights with appropriate lifting devises.
ResponsibilityResponsible for self. Make sure shipments meet quality standards. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.
Job ConditionsExposed to elements when transferring parts or product to/from plant.
