Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting targets.
You will organize manpower, materials, and schedules, monitor equipment and workflow, enforce health and safety rules, and respond quickly to operational issues to keep the plant productive. This role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
