Pilgrim is seeking a Lead Operator to enforce safety, food safety plans, and CGMP policies across the production area. The lead will keep constant communication with the Production Supervisor/Manager to ensure production goals are met and all staff follow safety guidelines.
The candidate must understand manufacturing fundamentals and be able to operate every area in rendering, ensuring cleanliness and accurate documentation. The role requires versatility and reliability in daily operations.
