• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days if applicable
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component;
  Aveanna will assist after hire if necessary
• Current TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred; one year required in GA
• Reliable transportation
