Perform in-house calibration and verification of measurement equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges) to AS9100/ISO 17025 standards.;
Maintain calibration records and traceability to national standards (NIST) and support calibration management with software systems.;
Coordinate external calibration services, manage gage crib inventory, and ensure timely recertification and proper labeling.;
Support root cause analysis for calibration-related nonconformances and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.;
Travel up to 10% to support audits, external service providers, training, and interfacility activities.
