Overview
We’re hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. This position is located at 1409 Madison Ave N Douglas, GA .

As a Management Training (MT) you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations and you’ll learn to always put our customers first. Qualifications- Must have a Bachelor's Degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor's.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- Candidates with more than one excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more mph over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
