Broadband / Cable Installer Technician
Vyve Broadband is a leading broadband Internet provider serving rural communities across 16 states. We offer a range of broadband, fiber connectivity, cable television, and voice services for commercial and residential customers, including high‑speed internet (up to Vyve Gig), digital HD video, and voice services. Responsibilities- Perform residential and commercial installation of internet, phone, and cable services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues
- Upsell current services such as internet speed upgrades
- Deliver a spectacular customer experience
- Perform lifting, climbing, and work in all weather conditions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Customer‑focused with a willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction
- Hard worker who enjoys learning, growing, and staying busy
