Machine Helper

We are seeking mechanically minded individuals to join our team as a Machine Helper in a manufacturing environment. Whether your background is in a high-speed manufacturing environment, assembly operations, or general warehouse logistics, we want people who enjoy troubleshooting and optimizing equipment. No prior envelope experience is required—we provide full training on setup, troubleshooting, and operating as a quality inspector for our products.

• Set up, operate, and optimize high-speed envelope manufacturing machinery
• Perform equipment changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments using precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive machinery care to minimize downtime
• Act as a quality inspector during production runs to ensure products meet exact engineering standards and customer specifications
• Collaborate closely with assembly staff, machine operator teams, and warehouse personnel to maintain seamless shift handoffs
• Keep detailed safety, quality, and production logs throughout each shift

• Strong mechanical aptitude required; previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, printing, packaging, automotive, or maintenance is highly valued
• Prior experience as a machine operator or working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred
• Familiarity with reading precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes to follow technical specifications accurately
• Experience performing basic quality inspector duties, such as visually inspecting parts and running routine quality checks
• Strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina (ability to lift up to 40 lbs), and reliable attendance

  Work Schedule:
  
  Day training shift (Mon–Fri 7am–3pm) transitions after 6 months to Afternoon shift (Mon–Thu 3pm–Midnight, Fri 3pm–7pm), providing a consistent 40-hour work week plus potential overtime
