The Order Entry & Sales Support Coordinator is an integral part of the Sales Coordination team, contributing to the smooth execution of orders and day-to-day operations. This role offers a structured development path into a Sales Coordinator position, with hands‑on experience to order entry, coordination, processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Ideal for someone motivated to grow, this position provides the opportunity to build practical experience in order entry, production coordination, and internal support building a strong foundation for career advancement.
This role will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the envelope sample room, ensuring it accurately reflects current offerings and supports both sales activities and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detail‑oriented data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Assemble and prepare orders generated by Sales Coordinators for processing
- Review order details for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
- Collaborate closely with other divisions to produce customer orders efficiently.
- Assist with stock releases and ensure timely execution
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Sales Coordinators to help manage workload
- Assist with special projects and interdepartmental coordination as required
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, in printing, packaging, or paper converting
- 2+ years customer service and/or coordination experience in a business to business or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Highly organized and detail oriented for a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., AX)
- Effective time management skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong sense of urgency and follow‑through
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and high‑energy team player who is focused on organizational goals and committed to following established processes
