Overview

First Baptist Church (FBC) in Douglas, Wyoming, is a mid-sized church with 250 to 300 members in the congregation each Sunday morning. We have a large and impactful outreach within this community and beyond. We are seeking a passionate, energetic Youth Pastor to disciple 6th–12th grade students. Youth group attendance averages 40–50 students each week. Youth Sunday School currently averages 12–15 students each week.

• Lead and organize weekly youth group meetings and Sunday School sessions.
• Facilitate Bible studies, semi-annual retreats, and youth mission trips.
• Mentor students and support their spiritual growth and development.
• If musically gifted or willing, assist with leading worship and encouraging the worship team in meaningful, Biblical worship.

• Passionate about discipling the next generation with creative teaching strategies.
• Ability to build a vibrant youth ministry and foster community.
• Willingness to contribute to worship leadership if applicable.
