Converse County Aging Services (CCAS) is seeking an experienced, strategic, compassionate Executive Director to lead our organization and its senior services operations in Douglas and Glenrock, Wyoming

This is a high-level nonprofit executive leadership opportunity for someone who is ready to lead people, strengthen operations, oversee senior center services and programs, work closely with a Board of Directors, build community partnerships, and help shape the future of aging services throughout Converse County.

The Executive Director will provide leadership across the organization while ensuring that CCAS remains a welcoming, responsive, financially sustainable, and community-centered resource for older adults, caregivers, families, volunteers, and community members

ABOUT CONVERSE COUNTY AGING SERVICES

Our senior centers are part of the community.

CCAS provides important senior services, aging services, community programs, nutrition services, activities, resources, and support for older adults throughout Converse County.

The Executive Director plays an important role in making sure these services continue to meet the changing needs of the community.

• Provide strategic leadership for Converse County Aging Services and its mission to serve older adults and the community.
• Partner with the Board of Directors on governance, organizational strategy, policy, and long-term direction.
• Lead, support, and develop the organization's leadership team and staff.
