📍 Douglas, WY | Memorial Hospital of Converse County
💰 $170–$190/hr
📅 Start: December 1, 2026
⏳ Coverage: Dec 1, 2026 – Mid/Late Jan 2027, with additional coverage expected
🏥 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital | Level III Trauma
💻 EMR: MEDITECH

🩺 Position Highlights

Inpatient CRNA coverage
Broad case mix: Adult & Pediatric General Anesthesia, OB, Neurosurgery & Spine
Epidural & spinal anesthesia
Epidural steroid and transforaminal procedures
Bronchoscopy & ventilation management
Fluoroscopy-guided nerve blocks
No CRNA supervision required
Credentialing: 30–60 days
Interview required

✅ Requirements

Active WY License or IMLC
PALS & ATLS – AHA
ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
Must be comfortable with the required clinical case mix
Vemsta platform required for time entry

🏠 Travel / Lodging / Mileage

Lodging and mileage/travel reimbursement available per agency/facility policy.
📍 Douglas is approximately 1 hour from Casper Airport and 3.5 hours from Denver.
