Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently at a recycling center, landfill, or transfer station to transfer, spread, cover, load, and compact waste or soil;
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and keep equipment clean and operational;
Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and report needed repairs;
Maintain a clean and serviced shop and complete equipment reports as required;
Follow all safety policies and procedures and adhere to company standards
