What You’ll Do

As an Intake Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported and valued from their very first interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and organizing client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Managing and maintaining client records in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following skills and qualifications to the table:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative, customer service, or intake role.
