As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to strengthen our online presence, support our business development efforts, and manage the RFP process to help drive new opportunities.
PositionSummary
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and showcase our expertise. This role will also manage incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs), collaborating closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and professional submissions.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media- Create, manage, and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop engaging content including graphics, videos, project highlights, and team features.
- Manage website content updates and performance, ensuring SEO best practices.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support sales, recruitment, and client engagement.
- Monitor digital metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage the intake, tracking, and submission process for all incoming RFPs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required information, draft responses, and package proposals.
- Maintain organized records of all RFP activity and outcomes.
- Develop templates and improve processes for efficiency and consistency in proposal submissions.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing coordination, specifically within the B2B service industry (facilities, landscape, construction, etc.).
- Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal writing preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), website platforms (Word Press, Squarespace), and CRM/marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and lead generation tactics.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
