Grades 6-8 Combination

The Douglas County School System is seeking creative and passionate Middle School Art Teachers for the  school year. These positions are ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about fostering creativity, self-expression, and artistic skill development while engaging students through meaningful, standards-based visual arts instruction in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

* Eligible for or currently hold a valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) teaching certificate in Art P-12

* Ability to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences

* Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
