Interviewing for dynamic, professional, and experienced teachers who are seeking to join a team of passionate early childhood educators for the 2025 and beyond school year. We are hiring a Spanish and non Spanish Teachers. We're looking for the best and brightest in the area to join our school. Our Assistant Teachers work hand-in-hand with Lead Teachers and are an integral part of our school.

• working with colleagues in a professional and productive manner on a daily basis

We boast competitive pay, continuing education opportunities, and over 2 full weeks of vacation time depending on time here. Candidates should have an AA, CDA, be enrolled in school, or have over 2 years of experience. All candidates must have previous experience with young children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and provide a satisfactory criminal record check through Cogent Livescan fingerprinting.

CPR, First Aid and Fire Safety preferred. Our interview process includes an initial in-person interview, working interview with current classroom teachers, and possible additional interviews with our administrative team. Tiny Footprints Corp. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our team in Douglasville, GA. As a full-time Spanish Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate our students while fostering a love for the Spanish language and culture.

• Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the varying learning styles of students
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
• Stay current on best practices in language education and incorporate innovative teaching techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish
• Previous experience teaching Spanish to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background check (in accordance with Tiny Footprints Corp. policy)
