Customer Care Coordinator$22.15 hourly
This position performs moderately difficult customer service, billing, and clerical work calling for accuracy and excellent customer relations and cash handling skills. Work involves a variety of customer service, clerical, billing, and record keeping duties and the use of discreet judgment in applying department rules to customer problems. The employee works with some degree of independence and is supervised by the Customer Service Supervisor.
Preferred candidate qualifications include an Associates Degree and three years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates for this position will be subject to a credit check due to the fiduciary responsibilities of the role.
$24.38 hourly, D.O.E.
This position performs analysis and management of engineering datasets and advanced mapping tasks utilizing the Authority’s Geographic Information System (GIS), as well as management of capital and private development projects under the supervision of a Project Engineer. Work includes implementing programs and projects to improve the storage and accessibility of information in the Engineering Department, assisting customers that walk in or call in to the Engineering Department, assisting personnel in the MIS Department with management of the GIS, review of private development plans, management of Authority Capital Improvement Projects, preparation of engineering design plans, and preparation of graphical deliverables for report or display purposes.
This position is expected to be self-motivated and require minimal technical supervision and reports to the Engineering Services Supervisor.
Qualified candidates should possess an associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, GIS, Drafting, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in water, sewer, and/or stormwater construction and design or other GIS applications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should also possess a GSWCC Level 2 Certification or the ability to obtain one within ninety (90) days of hire.

This position performs technical work reviewing the construction of water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure to ensure compliance with construction specifications and locating and marking underground water and sewer lines to limit damage resulting from planned excavations in the area.
Work involves making key decisions concerning the operation and valving of the water system to accomplish efficient distribution of water, isolation and dewatering of line segments for maintenance purposes.
