Relationship Banker I - Douglasville Main Branch

Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions;
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, PIN changes, checks, etc.);
Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking relationships;
Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM);
Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in problem resolution and refer complex needs to a specialized team;
Follow all bank processes and regulatory requirements and help manage operational risks;
Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding them to Regions’ solutions;
May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and meet financial needs
