Automotive Lease Associate

Holmes Motors INC is seeking an Automotive Lease Associate to help customers with challenged credit secure reliable vehicles through our in-house financing and lease programs. In this fast-paced, retail dealership role, you'll greet customers, assess credit profiles, present lease and payment options, and complete financing documents accurately. You'll educate customers on terms, responsibilities, and payment schedules while maintaining a supportive, integrity-driven approach.

Working closely with sales and collections teams, you'll focus on long-term relationships, meeting performance goals, and delivering a customer-first experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through lease and finance options for used vehicles
• Assess customer credit profiles and match them with appropriate in-house programs
• Prepare and process lease, finance, and title paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Explain payment structures, terms, and obligations clearly to customers
• Maintain regular contact with customers regarding payments and contract status
• Collaborate with sales and collections teams to support customer success
• Meet or exceed performance goals while upholding compliance and company policies
• Document all customer interactions in the dealership's systems
