Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Every other weekend schedule required

• Holiday coverage required: 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday

• Must have greater than 2 years of NICU experience Level III or higher

• Scrubs provided by facility

• Required licenses and certifications: RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS, NRP (within 180 days)

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)

• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics

• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching

• Complete mandatory education and competency assessments

• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing staff

• Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement activities

• Must have strong critical thinking skills and ability to function in fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills required
