Assist with or administer medications per the Medication Administration Record (MAR), ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy;
Clearly and accurately document all medication actions, including doses given, refused, held, or discontinued;
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked medication cart or cabinet;
Provide treatments and care as outlined in each resident’s individual service plan
