JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Summary Seeking a strong IT Infrastructure Manager and technology leader to oversee enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, IT operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can independently assess and strengthen our technology and security posture while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, server, storage, and end-user computing environments.
- Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and technology roadmap initiatives.
- Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Lead project scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution of infrastructure initiatives.
- Independently assess and enhance Preserve Life cybersecurity and security controls.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and support teams.
- Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and technology investments.
- 10-12 years of progressive IT Infrastructure experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, project scoping, and financial management experience.
- Experience leading infrastructure and cybersecurity programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and security compliance.
- Understanding of AI, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Zero Trust Architecture, Dev Ops, and modern cloud technologies.
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Preferred certifications: AWS, Azure, CISSP, CISM, Security+, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, and ITIL.
- Strong IT leadership and strategic vision.
- Proven people management and team development capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
