Job Description
This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. The role involves reporting to the Center Manager and overseeing the general management of employees assigned to the production areas at a Plasma Donation Center.
About the RoleAs a supervisor, you will lead and support staff in various operational areas, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
How You Will Contribute- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities specific to non‑conforming events
- Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Physical capability: frequent bending, reaching, walking, standing entire shift, lifting up to 32 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Ability to tolerate prolonged glove wear due to exposure to blood borne pathogens

Location:
United States – GA – Douglasville
Hourly wage range: $22.80 – $31.35 (actual hourly wage may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location). Wages comply with local minimum wage requirements.
