PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Location:
Villa Rica/Douglasville Area Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Overtime:
Must be available to work overtime as needed A local manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Racker/Production Associate. This position supports the production team by properly loading and securing metal materials onto beams for processing.
- Rack metal extrusions, sheets, and fabricated materials onto beams
- Prepare and organize metal materials for production
- Assist with general assembly and fabrication duties as needed
- Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
- Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work cooperatively with production team members
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Must be able to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production work
- Steel-toe footwear is required
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must maintain good attendance and arrive on time
- Must have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
- Must be available for overtime when needed
- Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check
