Overview

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Douglasville, GA. Start date May 18, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,574–$1,683. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital Emergency Department.

• Deliver patient-centered emergency care for a diverse patient population, using evidence-based practices
• Perform triage, initial assessment, ongoing monitoring, and reassessment of acute conditions in the ED
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and procedures as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to develop and implement care plans; participate in shift handoffs
• Ensure patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and discharge planning; uphold safety and infection control standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record; ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements

• Current, active RN license in Georgia
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (RN)
• Experience in or demonstrated ability to work in an Emergency Department setting
• Ability to work a night shift schedule and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety and quality care
