• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, following nursing standards and unit policies.
• Triage, rapidly assess, and monitor patients; initiate timely interventions and elevate as needed.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapies, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed and unlicensed staff, and involve families in care planning and education.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans; ensure safe discharge planning and patient teaching.
• Uphold professional standards per state nurse practice act and ANA Ethics Code; participate in evidence‑based practice and unit governance.

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced Emergency Department setting
• Knowledge of nursing standards, patient safety, and ethical practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient‑ and family‑centered care
• Experience in Emergency Department or acute care settings preferred; proficiency with documentation in clinical systems
