Job Overview

Correct Health currently offers a full-time day shift opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Douglasville, GA. The role involves participating in the clinical aspects of patient care within a correctional setting, working under the supervision of RN or other providers.

• Provide patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team and relevant law enforcement.
• Perform duties under the supervision of RN, HSA, Mid‑Level Provider, Physician or administrative supervision of the HSC.
• Maintain nursing standards and ethics in accordance with the State Board of Nursing and accrediting agencies.
• Respond to patient needs within the correctional environment.
• Compensation up to $40/hr with an additional $5.00/hr differential for all hours worked.

• Graduate from a nationally or state‑approved nursing program.
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Corrections experience is a plus.
