Occupational Health & Safety, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Minimum 2 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, occupational safety, data center operations, or a related field.
Strong understanding of EHS principles, safety regulations, and best practices. Experience conducting investigations, audits, inspections, or safety assessments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collect, interpret, and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
High ethical standards, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting safety programs in data centers, manufacturing, construction, mission-critical environments, or industrial facilities.
- OSHA certifications or other relevant safety credentials.
- Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to proactively identify risks before they become incidents.
- Skilled at influencing others and driving positive safety behaviors.
- Comfortable presenting information to leadership and large groups.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
Location:
Onsite at various Data Centers across Southwest to Northwest Metro ATL (Union City/Lithia Springs/Cartersville)
