THE OPPORTUNITYWe’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Ambassador to serve as the Orchestrator of the Guest Experience
, harmonizing operations across FOH and BOH to deliver serene, memorable wellness dining. This leadership role requires balancing exceptional customer satisfaction with financial performance and operational excellence.
Your Mission: Lead restaurant operations with a wellness-driven philosophy.
Your Impact: Ensure guests enjoy seamless, transformative dining journeys while optimizing profitability.
Your Stage: Experiential Kitchen – the centerpiece of Preserve Life’s integrated wellness destination.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Operational Excellence (40%)- Oversee daily opening procedures, FOH briefings, and walkthroughs with Sous Chef
- Monitor FOH and BOH service flow for seamless execution
- Ensure brand standards and guest transitions align with wellness mission
- Manage end-of-day reports and reconciliation
- Analyze consumption vs. waste with Executive Chef
- Build schedules within budget
- Communicate performance updates to Ownership
- Act as the ultimate brand ambassador and hospitality standard-setter
- Visit every table at least once per service
- Lead service recovery and guest complaint resolution
- Train, onboard, and develop staff
- Research hospitality and wellness trends
- Ensure safety, health, and food compliance
- 5+ years restaurant management experience (fine dining/concept-driven preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in P&L, cost control, and budgeting
- Strong leadership and team development track record
- Deep understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
- Experiential or interactive dining background
- Knowledge of wellness, nutrition, or sustainable hospitality
- Advanced restaurant technology and data analytics experience
- Inspirational leadership and team motivation
- Strong financial and business acumen
- POS and restaurant tech proficiency
- Professional communication and guest engagement
- Define a first-of-its-kind wellness and dining destination
- Deliver dining that merges science, nutrition, and hospitality
- Pathway to multi-unit or regional management roles
- State-of-the-art experiential dining spaces
- Lead a team in creating transformative guest experiences
- Play a key role in redefining hospitality through wellness
