No restaurant experience is required. A 3-month paid training program and ongoing personal and career development prepare you for a career as a restaurant manager as well as multi-unit leadership roles.

• Restaurant Manager - up to $85,000

(plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree)

• District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $85,000-$115,000 (average time to promotion 1-2 years)
• Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $115,000-$145,000 (average time to promotion 3-5 years)
