Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (or higher if a local minimum wage is applicable).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
