Member Specialist

• Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Ensure safety and compliance by conducting safety sweeps, reporting unsafe situations, and following company safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify memberships, assist with purchasing decisions, zone, arrange, and organize merchandise, and keep the shopping environment safe.
• Assist in training new associates on company processes, technology, and product knowledge, delivering rollout training and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and emergency response procedures, and report shrink and damages to management.
• Adhere to all company policies, the Open Door Policy, and maintain integrity, ethics, and teamwork.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change and feedback.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
• Strong customer‑service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Hourly wage: $17.00–$25.00*.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
