* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the presentation of our products in retail environments. This position requires a blend of skills in inventory management, customer service, and merchandising to ensure that our displays meet company standards and drive sales.
* Duties
* * Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
* Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
* Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
* Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.
* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
* Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
* Requirements
* * Previous experience is a retail environment is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
* Familiarity with inventory management practices.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.
* Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
