AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making personalized suggestions.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You can adapt to any zone—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom—flexibly as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver who prioritizes guests’ satisfaction and resolves concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player, always willing to assist teammates in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, always doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• Age 16 or older.

• Starting pay depends on experience and location.
• Eligible for paid sick leave and potential paid time off depending on job level, classification, and tenure.
