Wedding Sales Consultant – Foxhall Resort, Douglasville, GA

We’re looking for a sales professional who can turn each bride’s dream into a reality within one of Georgia’s most picturesque resort destinations. Foxhall Resort offers 1,100 acres of Southern charm, two award‑winning event spaces and a full‑service wedding package that blends rustic elegance with modern luxury.

• Conduct consultations to understand the bride’s vision and create bespoke wedding proposals.
• Lead site tours and showcase all resort offerings, including accommodations, catering, and activities.
• Collaborate with planners, florists, photographers, and other partners to design all‑inclusive packages.
• Track and nurture leads using CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion to bookings.
• Support day‑of coordination and post‑event communication for a seamless customer experience.

• 3+ years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, event planning or wedding industry, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication skills – persuasive writing, engaging phone presence, and confident in‑person presentation.
• Proficient with CRM systems and social media for trend scouting and lead management.
• Familiarity with Southern wedding culture and an ability to capture its unique romance.
• Empathy for brides and their groups, with a drive to make every “yes” inevitable.
