Based on Experience + Quarterly Bonus Potential $27-$30 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a background in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This is a minimum requirement for consideration. Someone with bulding materials, pipes, fittings, plastics or similar background
What We're Looking For- 2-5+ years of recent Inside Sales experience
- Experience working for a distribution or manufacturing company in the office in an inside sales position
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Professionalism and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Building materials or plumbing products knowledge
- ERP system experience (SAP, Net Suite, Epicor)
- Mechanical aptitude or technical background
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Processing quotes and sales orders
- Providing product information and support
- Collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales teams
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Managing customer concerns, returns, and warranty issues
- Assisting with sales forecasting and inventory planning
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Background Check Required
- Drug Test Required
Retail, fast food, medical, and call center sales experience alone will not meet the minimum qualifications.
