Residential Field Manager — responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are completed on schedule, to specifications, and within budget. The ideal candidate establishes strong relationships with customers and their personnel and resolves issues promptly.

- Manage a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks in new residential neighborhoods
- Establish strong working relationships with customers and builders
- Enforce Stier Supply Company high-quality safety standards
- Prioritize multiple projects and coordinate resources
- Collaborate with other Field Managers to organize teams and workload
- Plan and schedule work to meet designated time frames
- Visit construction sites daily to monitor progress and ensure correct installation of doors, hardware, interior trim, etc.
- Ensure deadlines and company standards are met
- Comprehensive 4-week training program to equip you with role-specific skills
- Training may occur in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia. If travel is required, meals and accommodation are provided for the duration of training.
- At least two (2) years of leadership/management experience preferred
- Ability to manage relationships internally and externally
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Dropbox
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. of material repeatedly
- Employment eligibility and ability to pass drug and background screening
